Information you share
When you request a consultation, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, city or ZIP code, preferred service, your description of the space and goals, preferred contact method, and any optional photographs you choose to upload. We also receive the technical information ordinarily associated with website and form use, such as the time of a submission and certain device or connection information.
How we use your information
We use consultation information to review your inquiry, determine whether we serve your area, contact you, discuss project scope, prepare service recommendations, and arrange organizing services. Submitting a consultation form does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list.
Photographs of your home
Photo uploads are optional. Please avoid including faces, identifying documents, financial information, medical records, or other sensitive details in your photographs. Photographs submitted for a consultation are used to understand the organizing project. We do not publish client-submitted photographs in our portfolio, on social media, or in promotional materials without appropriate permission.
How information is stored and shared
Consultation submissions are stored in our WordPress website using Forminator. Our current settings schedule stored form submissions for deletion after 180 days. Uploaded files, email copies, system backups, and other operational records may follow different retention periods; you may contact us to request removal of information we no longer need.
We use service providers to operate our website, host files, deliver email, and understand website usage. These may include our website and email host (Hostinger), email providers (including Google), and website analytics services (including Google Analytics). Your submission may be accessible to these providers only as needed to deliver the relevant services. We do not sell consultation contact details or uploaded home photographs.
Cookies and analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies needed to operate website features, prevent abuse, and measure website visits and performance. Where Google Analytics or other measurement tools are enabled, they may process usage data under their own privacy terms. Your browser may offer controls to limit cookies.
